ENVIRONMENTAL & SAFETY

Since 2006, Triumph Foods has committed to conducting business in a manner that reduces our company’s environmental impacts and ensures a safe work environment for all employees. Over the years, we have improved our environmental management, safety systems, and processes, enabling us to use all resources more responsibly and drive incidents of injury downward.

We set challenging targets to elevate our performance in these areas. By continuing to invest in worker safety training, and solving environmental issues, our results continue to improve. These actions just makes good economic and environmental sense.

Our Environmental Goals

  • Reduce natural resource demands
  • 100% Compliance with Federal, State and local regulatory permits
  • Share our environmental leadership expertise with the food industry

Our Safety Goals

  • Reduce incidents of injury through continuous process and program improvement and ongoing training
  • Proactive participation in safety audits
  • Continuous monitoring and improvement to Process Safety Management

In fiscal 2014 & 2015, we significantly reduced OSHA recordables for the third consecutive year. Triumph Foods strives to be good stewards of Wastewater, Stormwater, and Air Quality management programs, and in 2014 completed another end-to-end review of our Process Safety Management program.

Triumph Foods is dedicated to our employees and community’s public health, natural resources, and the environment. Triumph Foods will incorporate sound environmental and safety practices in all facets of our daily operations and business decisions.
